StyleVirtue (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website and services (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, Google account ID, and profile picture.
Images you upload. Photos of yourself and garments that you upload or provide by URL, as well as AI-generated try-on images produced from them.
Usage data. Information about how you interact with the Service, including try-ons created, boards saved, credits consumed, and timestamps.
Billing data. If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment and provides us with subscription status, plan, and billing events. We do not store your full card number.
Technical data. IP address, browser type, device information, and analytics events collected via Vercel Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the virtual try-on Service.
To process payments, manage subscriptions, and allocate credits.
To communicate with you about your account, billing, or support requests.
To monitor, debug, and improve the Service.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.

3. How Your Images Are Processed

To generate a try-on, we send the images you provide to Google’s Vertex AI (including the Virtual Try-On and Gemini image models). Google processes the images as a data processor on our behalf under their enterprise terms. We store uploaded garment images and generated try-on results in Supabase storage buckets associated with your account. We do not use your images to train AI models.

4. Service Providers

We share information with the following providers strictly to operate the Service:

Google — authentication and Vertex AI image generation.
Supabase — database and image storage.
Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
Vercel — hosting and analytics.
ScrapingBee — fallback retrieval of publicly available product pages when you submit a URL.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data, uploaded images, and generated try-ons for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual try-ons and boards from the dashboard at any time. If you want your account and all associated data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will remove it within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or billing purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We also use Vercel Analytics, which relies on anonymized, privacy-friendly measurement and does not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS in transit, encrypted storage, and row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and promptly address any vulnerabilities we discover.

9. Children

StyleVirtue is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
